Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times vary by carrier but typically range from 2–10 business days for domestic shipments.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Domestique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. However, we’re happy to assist with any questions or documentation needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Domestique is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
